- We Ship on Mondays and Wednesdays to ensure your Aquatic friend arrives safely and promptly. 🚚
- Heat Packs or Cold Packs will be included depending on the destination. To help us choose the right packaging, feel free to include a note with the temperature in your area at checkout. ❄️🔥
- To avoid delays or extended weekend holds, we aim to ship at the start of the week, but timing may depend on your location. 🗓️
DOA Guarantee (Dead on Arrival) ✅
At Source Aquatics, we stand by the quality of our fish and your satisfaction. In the rare case of a DOA:
- Photos Required: Please send photos of the fish in its sealed bag within 2 hours of the delivery timestamp. Afterward, take a photo of the fish on a napkin or paper towel. 📸
- Refund Policy: DOA refunds apply only to the fish, not the shipping costs. We ship your order as quickly as possible, but sometimes it may take 2-3 business days to prepare.
