Ordering from Source Aquatics is simple. Browse our selection of tropical fish, add your chosen items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We’ll carefully pack and ship your fish to ensure they arrive healthy and ready to thrive in your aquarium.
How do you ensure the fish arrive healthy?
We take great care in packing and shipping our fish. Each fish is placed in an oxygenated bag and insulated packaging to maintain the appropriate temperature during transit. We also include heat or cold packs as needed to ensure the fish’s well-being.
What should I do if my fish arrives dead or in poor condition?
If your fish arrives dead on arrival (DOA) or in poor condition, please contact us within 2 hours of delivery with clear photographs of the fish in their unopened shipping bag. We will work with you to resolve the issue, either by offering a refund or a replacement.
Can I request specific sizes or colors of fish?
We do our best to accommodate specific requests for sizes or colors, but availability may vary. Please contact us before placing your order to discuss your preferences, and we’ll do our best to fulfill your request.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we do not ship live fish internationally due to the complexities of international shipping and regulations. However, some dry goods may be available for international shipping. Please contact us for more information.
