I had an account on the old website. Can I still log in?
Yes, your account has moved to our new store, but passwords could not be transferred for security reasons. Click Sign in, then Forgot your password?, and we'll email you a link to set a new one.
Is there a minimum order?
Yes. The minimum livestock order is $59, so your fish travel in a properly packed, insulated box. Orders with only plants, food or merch have no minimum.
Shipping
Which days do you ship?
Livestock ships overnight on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday only, so fish never sit in a carrier facility over the weekend. The next ship day is shown at the top of every page.
How much is shipping?
Fish orders: $44.99 for orders $59 to $148.99, $39.99 for orders $149 to $248.99, and free overnight shipping on orders $249 and up. Orders with only plants, food or merch ship for a flat $9.99.
Do plants ship the same way?
Plants may ship separately using plant-safe USPS or UPS delivery methods, because aquatic plants do not need overnight shipping the way live fish do.
Do I need to be home for delivery?
Yes, please be available on the delivery day. The Live Arrival Guarantee may be void if the package is left outdoors or unattended for an extended period, or if delivery is missed due to an incorrect address.

What if a fish arrives dead?
Email info@sourceaquatics.com within 2 hours of the carrier's delivery time, with your order number in the subject line and three photos: the fish in the sealed bag, the fish on a paper towel, and the shipping label on the box. See our Shipping & Live Arrival Guarantee for full details.
How are DOA claims resolved?
Approved DOA claims receive store credit for the fish plus a 10% bonus. Store credit never expires. Shipping charges are not refundable.
What if something in my order is unavailable?
We ship the rest of your order on schedule and refund the missing item to your original payment method. The same applies if a fish is not healthy enough to ship.
