Most fish you receive will not look exactly like the photos on our website upon unboxing. Fish can change in appearance due to mood, age, gender, and social status. It’s completely normal for fish to lose color during shipping, often appearing pale or faded upon arrival.
The pictures on our website serve as examples only and may showcase fully mature, brightly colored fish or juveniles that have not yet developed their adult coloration. Some species also have significant differences between males and females, with females often displaying less vibrant colors.

We usually take about 2-4 days to select and pack your fish, you’ll get a notification when it ships along with tracking info. Sometimes, the fish may not be looking 100% the day of shipping.
